Our warehouse employees will pack all goods to our exacting specifications. Your goods will go through an exhaustive inspection and securely secured prior to being shipped. We have distribution centers as well as warehouses across Europe and the USA.

Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing time in accordance with the item.

We will inspect each and every one of the products before they are shipped. Today, the majority orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.

Returns

We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order once the order has been made.

Our policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.

The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and be unused. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
